All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

The following locations are considered remote areas:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- British Virgin Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Marshall Islands
- American Samoa
- Micronesia
Remote Areas Shipping Rates
- Orders under $50: $10.00
- Orders $50 or more: $5.00
Deliveries to remote areas may take 10–21 business days.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us immediately at support@sunbeamtoy.com. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We will help track the package or file a claim with the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by weather, customs, or the carrier
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing
Customs & Taxes
For U.S. orders under $800: No customs fees or import taxes. What you pay at checkout is the final price.
For international orders: Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
